Who actually does the work?
Know who will design, develop and manage your project, and whether any work is outsourced. You should know who is responsible and who you'll be dealing with throughout.
What happens after launch?
Ask who handles updates, backups, security, monitoring and future changes. Ongoing responsibilities and support should be clearly defined before launch.
Who owns the website?
Make sure ownership is clear before you start. Understand who owns the domain, website, content and licences, and what happens if you decide to move elsewhere.
Are the scope, costs and timescales clear?
You should understand what's included, how the project will be charged, the expected timescale and how changes to the scope will be handled.

What does a project cost?
It depends on the size of the site and the functionality it needs. We quote a fixed price after a short discovery call, so there are no hourly surprises.
How long will it take?
You get a dated schedule with the quote. Timelines move mainly on how quickly content and feedback come back, so we plan those in from the start.
Do you only build on WordPress?
WordPress is our core platform, but every project is approached around its requirements. We work with custom themes, page builders and WooCommerce, as well as React and other modern technologies where a custom solution makes more sense.
Can you take over an existing site?
Yes. We audit what's there, then improve or rebuild it. Migration and hosting moves are handled for you.
What happens after launch?
Most clients stay on a support plan for updates, backups, monitoring and changes, with hosting under the same roof.
Who will I be dealing with?
The same people who build the site. No account managers relaying messages, and no work passed to a third party without you knowing.
Do you work with clients across the UK?
Yes. We are a UK agency working with clients nationwide. Projects run over video calls and shared documents, so location makes no practical difference.
