Warranty

Upon deployment, your website software will be covered by a 30-day software warranty. This warranty ensures that the website meets its specified functionality requirements. It covers any programming errors (bugs) reported to DevEdge within 30 days of deployment. Any bugs reported during this period will be rectified at no additional cost to the client.

The warranty is limited to the core functionalities and features of the website that have undergone the testing phase. Minor ad-hoc improvements may incur additional charges if they were not part of the initial core functionalities. The warranty does not extend to changes made to functionalities during the development or deployment phases that were not fully tested due to resource constraints. Any issues arising from server limitations or changes are not included in the warranty. Bugs related to third-party servers, third-party database integration, third-party software (including open-source CMS), or third-party plugins are not covered by the warranty.

Our warranty is contingent on clients strictly adhering to our terms and conditions. It is essential that only DevEdge team members access the code to maintain the warranty. Timely payment from clients is also expected; the warranty will not be honoured if any payments are overdue.

The warranty may not be extended for the same project. However, we offer flexible monthly or annual maintenance and support packages to meet your ongoing needs. Alternatively, bulk hours can be purchased for additional work. All maintenance and support packages purchased at the time of sign-off come with exclusive discounts. We are dedicated to providing the highest level of service and are confident that our options will meet your requirements.
