Do I own the domain?

Yes. Domains registered for you are registered in your name or business details where the registry allows, so you remain the registrant. DevEdge manages the registration, DNS and renewals on your behalf.

Will moving my email lose anything?

We plan and test migrations carefully to reduce the risk of data loss. Mailbox content is copied and checked before cutover, but the exact migration method and what can be transferred depends on the source platform and access available.

Can you manage a domain registered elsewhere?

Yes. In many cases we can manage DNS and connected services without transferring the domain registration itself. If moving the domain to DevEdge would make management simpler, we can handle that separately.

What happens to my old email during a move?

The existing email service usually remains active while mailbox data is copied and the new platform is prepared. Once everything is ready, the MX records are changed and post-migration checks are carried out to minimise disruption.

Do you handle multiple domains?

Yes. We can manage multiple domains, DNS zones and email services within the same client setup, including domains used for websites, email, redirects or separate brands.

Why is my mail going to spam?

Spam placement can be caused by several factors, including SPF, DKIM and DMARC configuration, domain or IP reputation, message content, sending behaviour and recipient engagement. We can review the technical setup and correct common authentication and DNS issues, but no provider can guarantee inbox placement.

Can you set up Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace for us?

Yes. We can set up and migrate Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, including DNS records, mailboxes and account configuration, with licence costs quoted separately.
